Appearance and Dimensions Visual Inspection and measured with Slide Calipers. * No remarkable defect. * Dimensions to conform to individual specification sheet. 2. Capacitance Frequency : 1.0±0.1kHz Voltage : 1±0.2V(rms) * Shall not exceed the limits given in the detailed spec. 3. Solder ability * Solder temperature: 240±3°C * Dipping time: 2±0.5 sec. 90% min. coverage of all metalized area. 4. Resistance to Soldering Heat * Solder temperature: 270±5°C * Dipping time: 10±1 sec * Preheating: 120 to 150°C for 1 minute before imme rse the capacitor in a eutectic solder. *Before initial measurement (Class II only): To apply de-aging at 150°C for 1hr then set for 48±4 hrs at room temp . *Cap. /I.R. Measurement to be made after de-aging at 150°C for 1hr then set for 48±4 hrs at room temp. Meet table 1. Table 1 Appearance No damaged Cap. Change Within ±7.5% I.R. Meet the initial rated value. (Two hrs each in three mutually perpendicular directions.) *Before initial measurement (Class II only): To apply de-aging at 150°C for 1hr then set for 48±4 hrs at room temp . *Cap.
