These specifications apply for VSSe50 VDC VGGeb120 VDC VDDe0VDC a reference voltage of 10000 VDC across the
on-chip R-network (VR-NETWORK TOPe5000 VDC and VR-NETWORK BOTTOMeb5000 VDC) and a clock frequency of 800
kHz For all tests a 475X resistor is used from pin 5 to VR-NETWORK BOTTOM eb5VDC Unless otherwise noted these
specifications apply over an ambient temperature range of b55 Cto a125 C for the ADC0800PD and 0 Cto a70 C for the
ADC0800PCD

the device beyond its specified operating conditions

When the input voltage (VIN) at any pin exceeds the power supply rails (VIN k Vb or VIN l Va) the absolute value of current at that pin should be limited
to 5 mA or less The 20 mA package input current limits the number of pins that can exceed the power supply boundaries witha5mA current limit to four
