Stressing the device beyond the rating listed in Table 2: Absolute maximum ratings (AMR)

1. Reflow at temperatures of 255 °C to 260 °C for time < 30 seconds (total thermal budget not to exceed

180 °C for a period from 90 to 150 seconds).

2. Rth are typical values, given when mounted on a 4-layer PCB with vias.

3. Measured in a recommended application circuit with a 1

μF ceramic capacitor + 150 μF low ESR electrolytic capacitor

connected between OUT and GND pins (see Figure 4).
